Advertorial: Apartment for sale

Company is selling this apartment unit!
RM 125K..not that expensive kan. If u afford to buy brand new car, mesti mampu jugak nak beli rumah..kan?kan? Buying properties is much much better, property value tak depreciate macam kereta..so why not, buy for investment.
Plus..kat sini ada good rental market..sentiasa ada demand. U can easily get around RM 450-RM 550 per month untuk rental. A few units from neighbouring apartments dah pun transformed to homestay & there's always a demand there.


Living Hall & Dining

One of my friend who owns a low cost unit (in a same development here) can get approx. RM 1000/- per month from her homestay project. And it's low cost unit which turns to fully furnished apartment ok...sayangnya, i dont have a photo from her unit to show to u all.

  • 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, floor area semuanya siap dengan tiles
  • Ada kemudahan lif, club house, kad akses & sekuriti.
  • unit ni baru berusia 2 thn (beranak pada tarikh OC la kans..hihi)
  • so far, this unit only occupied by our staff and just recently telah dikosongkan due to company interested to take up another apartment unit
  • located at 4th floor dengan view yang not bad la..
  • surau kat bawah je...
  • lain-lain amenities -- mini market, hypermarket, schools, industrial area, penang bridge, Juru Auto-City, PLUS interchange...semuanya sangat-sangat dekat okeh

    Lokasi ideal, dekat dengan pusat komersial, IPT, makan-makan outlet & lengkap dgn prasarana..klu beli property yang dkt dgn semua tu, insyaallah..pelaburan yg baik!

    Suitable untuk family bersaiz sederhana. tak apa vic..mana tau nanti2 ada rezeki lebih, boleh beli buat 'istana hinggap'. datang bercuti tak payah cari hotel lagi...heee:)

    kat sini market condo itself RM 600 onwards..tp yg ini medium cost apartment la dear....huhu

    Hi uncle..:) u have to get the FIC approval first. Last yr there was "Malaysia My 2nd Home" programme of which foreigners are allowed to buy property cost RM 250K onwards in Malaysia. But i'm not very sure with the regulations.
    This block is 10th storey high..& subject property is located on 4th floor.

      untuk same block dah takde dah. tapi for our next condo project price dalam RM 220K onwards.
