Fall sick, weight loss...



Sometimes rasa cepat masa berlalu..sometimes rasa lambat pulak waktu bergerak! It's already middle of June. August baru pakcik Petronas balik~yeay! 


Ada masanya rasa waktu for me dah tak lama lagi. I don't know...it's weird. Probably dengan health condition yang agak merisaukan kebelakangan ni. Suka sangat la fikir bukan-bukan!


This coming 22nd would be another medical check-up, USM requirement.


Last 2 weeks, sempat buat urine test, x-ray dan quite surprise to know that I lose my weight again, 49.5kg. That's 4.5kg loss compared before! Selera makan biasa saja..normal. Heran..could it be due to stress? Oh Murni, please jangan buat hypothesis sendiri, u're not puan doktor!






I bet pakcik Petronas won't be happy seeing me tak macam Umie Aida anymore! Umie Aida in the sense of steadiness and chubby-ness lah..of course tak futih macam dia kannnn...tu perli namanya! Hukhuk. That jeans I'm wearing, dah longgar wor! And I'm not happy with that...as most of my friends know..that I don't even care If I gemok a little bit.


Friends and doc keep saying that I looks really pale. Cough and sore-throat now been nearly 2 weeks. Ubat dah abis. Ka I fall sick because of angau??! Wakakaka..oh noe~ that's not me occay! Walaupun ada masanya when I'm too free, terkonang juo!


And I know that I shouldn't say this..but I can't help to....I'm really tired with all the ubat...letih sangat.


Dalam masa hampir nak give up.. I always bear this in mind -- "Semua ni ujian Allah..I have to be strong..I have to redha with all the pain I'm having. I did not expect anybody to understand this. Allah SWT knows what's best for me". 


I try not too worry, not too over-think, not too conscious with 'food-that-probably-supposed-not-to-be-eaten', as my sis said, due to sinus, "when u have to sikit-sikit pantang, sikit-sikit pantang..lama-lama u cannot take it at all, silap sikit and u might fall sick~! Jangan pantang sangat lah". Ada logik nya jugak kan..?






p/s: masa online di fb dah berjaya di kurangkan..and now it's only 3hrs a day! Yeay!

      Kuruih kalau sihat takpa kak oi..ni kuruih asyik sakit ja..itu yang tamo tu..tapi apa nak buat...redho saja lah kena makan ubat tiap2 hari.

    Ingat nak buat full medical checkup tapi....takuuuutttt!

      Timbang lah berat badan supaya dapat mengawal pemakanan secara bijak..ekeke. IM kan selalu jogging & senam...takde apa nak dirisaukan sangat kot..insyaallah.

  8. Stress dan busy kot. Itulah yg buat berat bdn turun. Bila asik mobile je ke sana kemari, metabolic rate pun boleh naik agaknya kot. Kalau rindu pun boleh turun gak berat bdn. Cer tgk org dah kahwin, mana ada yg tak makmur bdn. Sebab partner dah ada depan mata kan. Hehehe. Jgn risau2 ya, dik. Sekarang ni cuaca tak menentu, ramai yg kena batuk2 ni. Kat kl ni jerubu teruk sgt. Akak pun rasa tak sedap badan. Take care ya dik. Akak doakan adik sihat semula, ya.

      Sama la kak. Sini pun jerebu. faktor pendorong keadaan kesihatan tak berapa baik. akak pun sama..jaga diri baik2 noo...sekorang-korangnya tak sihat..ada orang teman..lagu chek ni..huhu...tengok gambor je la....hukhuk
