Nasi Alfredo, Fettucini Gulai Pisang


Don't get confused with the title...just a gimmick of course, bajet buat tajuk telepilem seploh tahun akan datang. 

It's supposed to be good with this version....


Fettucine Alfredo (fet-tu-ci-ni al-fre-do)

But unfortunately, this version is much more dellllllicioussssss~

Fettucine Bolognese (fet-tu-ci-ni bo-lo-nie-zey)

Beginilah hakikatnya kalau masak sendiri. Ada masa sedap, ada masa tak sedap. Ada masa terlebih pandai sampai over-do, macam kes alfredo di atas. Memandai je tambah fish fillet...terus tak best!

I'm sorry, I'm no italiano...tapi citarasa itali susah nak pudar. Tak tau lah pasaipa. However, I still love my kampung menu even without sambal belacan..ulam-ulaman dan sayur kampung will do!

Just like this...! Superb lunch of yesterday....




Pucuk janggus, sambal tokua, gulai pisang, daging bakor, kerabu pucuk paku dengan tauge..nasi separuh! Lama tak makan kerabu pucuk paku dengan gulai pisang tu...hmmm... bought from Sejati Gemilang, Bandar Perda. Kalau tak bersebab, confirm takdak nak tapau-tapau nasi bagai....

  1. hahaha saya pun suka italian foods, mmg bolognese lebih sedap dr carbonara atau cream.. tapi nasi campur yng kat bawah tu much much more menjilat jari lah bila tengok hehehehhe

      Kannnn...macammana pun nak bolognese jugak. Kalau buat sendiri ni..memandai je tambah cili kasi pedas extra..hehe.

      yup. always back to basic je yang satisfy our cravings. kadang-kadang makanan kampung macam ni je yang best buat hidangan makan beramai-ramai, tak semestinya menu yang mewah..

      kena tukar title telepilem carbonara lemak pucuk paku! ekeke..fusion kan! :-)

      pucuk paku buat goreng pun sodap! buat masak lomak lagi sodap! sila pi merket...senang dapat pucuk paku fresh.

      makan cerewet jugak, especially makanan laut, kena pantang lah kakya..kalau tak mau sakit sinus ni berpanjangan, kena berkorban sikit.
      tapi bab nak travel tu insyaallah...selalu nya maggi, bread and fruits will do!nak jalan punya pasal...hehehe
